Anyway, so in this scenario (not an AU, really), Rahm is pretty much a Chief Hooker of Staff whose duty it is to sleep with anyone that needs convincing or rewarding. Barack knows, because Barack's the one who gave him that job to begin with, but alas the human heart is a fragile thing and sometimes love triumphs over duty. Hilarity ensues. Okay, wait, I lied, hilarity does not ensue; actually I'm not resolving the conflict in this fic because I want to see more of it and hopefully someone feels enabled enough to add to the mess.
